It has been mentioned in Article 33 of The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (Pasal 33 UUD NRI 1945) and affirmed by the 5th Principle of Pancasila, namely: Social Justice for all Indonesian People, within the corridor of NKRI.
