In this book, are present a series of specific studies aiming at a part of evolution of the science of Law at European level and the influence of European juridical order on the internal legal system of the Member States. The great legal systems cannot exist and manifest themselves isolatedly, as they are integrated in the global social system, they are interacting with its structures or components and they are in permanent change, slower or faster. The dynamic of the society's evolution supposes a permanent change being visible not only at the level of a single human society but also at the level of all societies, and since societies cannot live in isolation, the cultural interaction phenomenon is, in fact, generalized to the scale of the entire humanity, bearing the name of legal acculturation. Therefore, at the Union level, a new legal order has arisen, the legal order of the European Union, whose autonomy does not exclude the collaboration with the legal systems of the memberstates, collaboration which is useful and necessary and it is mainly expressed through an important participation of the state authorities in the implementation and application of the European Union law.
