This book is critically analysed on culture of the most populous black race in Africa. The three (3) major and dominant ethnic groups in Nigeria, the hub and horn of Africa, namely: Hausa / Fulani ethnic group / culture; Yoruba ethnic group culture; Igbo ethnic group / culture. Also it x-rays the contemporary issues in the educational system, the social injustice and its economy as it affects her citizens. The attitudes of citizens toward jobs involvement, and environmental sanitation management introduced by the colonial masters during their era was not a new dimension but it was an improved system on what is on ground before the advent of the overlord masters. Finally, the formation of the secret cult and gangster was a negation of the original plan of the founding members, whose main aim was equality among the whites or foreigners in job placements and non - racial discrimination.
