Anthony Cullen is a Researcher on the joint British Red Cross and International Committee of the Red Cross project to update the ICRC's study on Customary International Humanitarian Law. He is also a Research Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law and a Visiting Fellow at Wolfson College, University of Cambridge.
