Having grown up in several countries, she is fascinated by the impact a specific flavour can make on a culture. A dual national of the US and France, she splits her time between London and her family home, a mill in the French countryside, where she enjoys gardening, foraging, harvesting and experimenting with taste. She is a Harvard educated historian with a focus on food, fashion and lifestyle and speaks French, Italian and Spanish.
