The present work is intended to enlighten public opinion on the political impasse and the risks it could engender in the days to come if the Congolese political class does not put things back on the right track. Yoshoua si è laureato in legge all'Università di Lubumbashi 2012. Ha subito co-fondato il CIDHD/ONGD ed è diventato direttore generale del Centre de recherche et étude pour appuis aux ASBL.
