Our objectives were to demonstrate how this new institution functions and how it is organised, who the representatives are here and what their roles and attributes are. The importance of this research lies in the fact that understanding the notions surrounding the Constitutional Council provides a broad overview of Cameroon's parliamentary institutions. After conducting a broad review of the literature, we chose to demonstrate this assertion by employing the methods of exegesis and casuistry to reach our conclusions.
