Teaching practice, the work of teachers, is a path that is effective in the (re)search for the essential and accessory aspects experienced in the daily life of the classroom. For each social reality, different ways of elaborating and carrying out the work of teachers are born. The way it takes place carries the specificities, the anguishes, the discoveries, the strategies, the paths and the solutions appropriate to the place and the given time. However, it is possible to identify certain common and essential elements for the successful exercise of a social (because relational), historical, essential and subject to influences activity.
