He has completed graduation in Electrical Engineering, Masters in Human Resource Management and has over 16 years of working experience in the Power Sector of Tripura in managerial position. He received his Ph. D. degree from the Tripura University, a Central University of India where he has also worked as Guest Faculty in the Management Programme.
