Studia per un dottorato di ricerca in Scienze della Comunicazione e un master in Gestione del Marketing e Comunicazione d'Impresa presso l'Università Cattolica del Mozambico, è laureato in Management e Contabilità, insegna Contabilità e Psicologia della Comunicazione presso l'Università Pedagogica del Mozambico ed è un dipendente dell'Autorità Fiscale del Mozambico.
