Anifo Inusso Moniz Martinho ist Leiter der Abteilung für Dokumentenbewertung an der Universität Lúrio. Er studiert an der Katholischen Universität von Mosambik und promoviert dort im Bereich Bildungsinnovation. Er schloss seinen Master in Politikwissenschaft und Afrikastudien an der Pädagogischen Universität und seinen BA in Geschichte an der Eduardo Mondlane Universität im Jahr 2008 ab.
