In order to increase financial inclusion level policy makers should take into consideration those factors when they need to tackle financial exclusion among people financial services use. The study analyzed the contribution of Umurenge SACCO in tackling financial exclusion in Rubavu District located in Western Province on the said above factors. The study targeted the contribution of Umurenge SACCO program in reducing financial exclusion using sampled bankable population in 12 SACCOs for the period from 2009 -2013. The data were collected using questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis of data was done via SPSS and tabulation has been used to demonstrate the findings of the research.
