Research into the latter revealed that it should have the current title. Some cases in Arbitration have been reported in the last chapter because most people/students do not have the time as they have lot of irresistible distractions brought about by modernity, technology and youthful urge which may be regarded as mere lune. These make students not to report cases.

Dr. Solomon A. M Ekwenze is a native of Nteje in Anambra State Nigeria. He served as Executive Local Government Chairman on two consecutive occasions. As an academic of note, he has published widely in both local and international academic journals and has written books. By all standards, he is an accomplished gentleman, married and has children.
