Sabuhi Bayramov was born in 1979, Samukh, Azerbaijan. After graduation from high school, he started his university education in Turkey and was graduated in 2003. The academician life was started in 2004 as lecturer in Qafqaz University and at the same year he was teaching in Department of English Language and Literature.
