O.Ostanov - was born in December 29, 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of History of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute in 1999. In 2009 he defended his PhD on the topic " Crafts, entrepreneurship and trade in the Zarafshan Oasis late XIX - early XX centuries". Author of more than 50 scientific articles.
