Jean Saxby, Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Education, is an award-winning author and co-author of two Amazon #1 Best Sellers. She is a teacher and a wellness blogger. Her teaching career spans over 30 years and she taught a drug education program spanning nine years. Jean also has a creative side, as an illustrator of three internationally published cookbooks. She has been a reviewer of resources for the educational publication SCAN CLIC, Australia, and is a literary judge.Her passion is to help people who are struggling with anxiety, wellness and addictions.
