This work is of legal, theoretical, scientific and practical interest. On the theoretical level, it is part of the field of international public law and is of legal interest. Thus, our work could contribute to awaken the countries of the region and invite them to respect the norms of international law in matters of security, and by throwing a corrective glance on diplomacy in order to improve the diplomatic relations between the different subjects of law, which are often concerned and involved in the conflicts that drag on in the region. On a practical level, this work, if completed, would offer a peaceful path to the resolution of armed conflicts. Apart from the states, it could help identify the different actors involved in the conflicts and therefore provide a path to sustainable solutions to the disputes from the political, social, and economic point of view, which could remove all suspicion between states and lead to good neighborly relations. From a scientific point of view, this work can allow us to analyze all the factors that come into play to generate conflicts.
