Autorenporträt
This story was created way back in 2022. My friends and I started a Minecraft server to play on and have fun. We then decided to create a story to make the experience more interesting. We created lore which most of the magic world is based on and where many of the names mentioned in the book are from. The server ended in August after two months and the story went cold. I then decided to continue the story as an episodic animated series. I have dabbled in 3d animation using Blender. I developed the story for over a year and officially finished the screenplay in July 2023. Although the story has been changed once again for the book version, the base of the plot remains the same. I abandoned the series when I could not reach my deadline in February 2024. I did previously think of adapting the story into a book but never did think the story fit a book style however in February 2024; I thought of a somewhat new storyline based on the same world and characters yet different. I began writing the prologue (which I had pretty much known very well because it was a description of the world and its history) on February 20th, 2024. It took me over a month to write the first sixteen chapters. I can write fast if I know what I want to write. The entire book was typed and not handwritten although I prefer to write by hand because I am more comfortable with pen and paper than a keyboard. It was a month between finishing the book and publication. Special thanks to two of my good friends Robyn and Dylan Swift who had given me some of the inspiration for this story.
