Justice is one of the foremost pillars of civilisation, and one which much of the British public believe to be a characteristic element of democracy and the UK - something to be proud of - but do we take it for granted? The majority of people go about their everyday lives safe in the knowledge that no criminal charges will be brought against them so long as they do nothing wrong, with those that do being punished through the legal system. Now, for the most part, it is prudent to say that this is the case. Injustice has been a menial but intermittent problem within the establishment for as long as the law itself has existed, and today it is just as striking as ever. This piece will deal with many central issues such as how miscarriages come about in the first instance and possible ways of preventing them.
