Armand ATANGANA is a young Cameroonian researcher. He is a doctoral student awaiting the defense of a PHD in Private Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences option at the University of Yaoundé II-Soa. Originally from the Center region, Lékié department, Obala district, he is the fifth of nine (9) siblings.
