Autorenporträt
John Couchois Wright was born in 1874 at Harbor Springs, Michigan. He was the author of many books and poems about his Native American heritage and the northland in which he was raised. Mr. Wright was once commended by President Roosevelt for his work on behalf of the Indians and Conservation.
