I live in the suburbs of Sydney, Australia and have always enjoyed a good book. I started reading Star Wars books and Asimov's works back in high school and they got me hooked on reading science fiction. The Chronicles of Narnia were my introduction to fantasy back in primary school but my favourite is the Lord of the Rings. I started writing way back in primary school. It became a hobby in high school and it is one I enjoy to this day. I have just published my first short story. I have a BA and MA, though not in English or Writing of any kind.
