Prof. Namwandi is a Namibian politician and academic who served as the Minister of Education (2012 to 2015). A recipient of several international and national Awards. He holds an MBA, two Doctoral Awards and earned PhD in Business Administration (Asia-e-University, Malaysia). He is the founder of the International University of Management, Namibia.
