Since this so many people have asked me to write down what I can eat, what I don't and to share my recipes. They are practical for a busy Mum, tasty, and yes I lost 7lbs in the first week! All 'wind an' w'ater' as my granny would say, but I felt less bloated and very positive. I have now lost nearly four stone since I started this low carb way of eating. It has given me and my system the kick start it needed.
