After the death of their eighteen year-old daughter, Cathyrne, Albert and Winifred Poa turned their farm into a memorial nature center. Now, one hundred years later, the farm is getting ready to be sold by the board of directors that runs the farm. Red and Ginger, two educators that live and work at the farm, are faced with their upcoming unemployment and homelessness. As they try to cope with the sale of the farm, they are forced to deal with the restless spirit of Cathryne Poa.
