My name is Maaliyah A. Ruben. Compared to the rest of the world I'm just a small town girl, as some would say, but I like to think differently. I was adopted from Kazakhstan when I was just a baby. I graduated from the Wisconsin National Guard Challenge Academy in december of 2019. I grew up wanting to write books and make movies, and now that's the plan. I faced a large amount of challenges through my childhood, and my adulthood, but I decided to take that only as experience. I can relate to lots of challenges my main character faces. I want this to help people not feel alone. I intend to inspire people from the bottom of my heart. It's great I can do that through something I love.
