Pieter B. Hartog, Ph.D. (2015), is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Protestant Theological University in Groningen. He is the author of Pesher and Hypomnema: A Comparison of Two Commentary Traditions from the Hellenistic-Roman World (Leiden, 2017). Alison Schofield, Ph.D. (2006), University of Notre Dame, is Associate Professor of Religious and Judaic Studies at the University of Denver. Along with other articles and co-edited volumes, she is the author of From Qumran to the Yahad: A New Paradigm of Textual Development for The Community Rule and serves as co-editor of The Dead Sea Scrolls Editions series. Samuel I. Thomas, Ph.D. (2007), is Professor of Religion at California Lutheran University. He is the author of The 'Mysteries' of Qumran: Mystery, Secrecy, and Esotericism in the Dead Sea Scrolls (SBL/Brill, 2009), and a lead editor of A Teacher for All Generations: Essays in Honor of James C. VanderKam (Brill, 2012).
