The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the Decision Theatre Method of Learning on Freshmen Students enrolled in an orientation to college course at Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas. The population for this study included 372 students enrolled in eighteen sections of the orientation course. Chi-square statistics were used for this study. A review of the literature indicated that a number of different methods relating to the instruction of adult learners at the university level are being used with some level of success. However, it does not appear that anyone is precisely duplicating the Decision Theatre Method of Learning.
