While recalling the relativity of the phenomenon of decriminalization, the present study, which focuses on the decriminalization of moral offences, intends to highlight the particularities of this decriminalization. Indeed, decriminalization, a criminal policy movement known to all legislations, is deployed by adopting the contours proper to the evolution of each society. This said, although the question of the decriminalization of moral offences has not been approached by the doctrine under this formulation, the analysis of each decriminalization movement having extended to each of the offences constituting this precise category, taken in a global manner has made it possible to highlight its particularities with regard to the other decriminalization movements that have taken place in other fields. These peculiarities were revealed both in terms of the modes and the content of the decriminalization process.
