Throughout this book there are hundreds of jokes, quotes, toasts, quips, statements, recommended name brand alcoholic delights, ways to make your own, serious and amusing anecdotes and philosophies by famous and infamous people that I have collected in my travels or enjoyed over a cocktail in some distant oasis.
