The Deity of Christ Declared presents an indisputable case for the Deity of Christ; that Jesus was not only the Son of God but He was also God the Son. The author uses seven lines of evidence to establish the case. Six are from the word of God including: Straightforward Claims of Deity, Biblical prophecy, His divine names and titles, what Jesus says about Himself, His divine birth, life, death, resurrection, ascension and return and His divine attributes. He then presents the consensus in the early church that Jesus was "God of God, light of light, very God of very God". The author demonstrates clearly that this was a foundational doctrine within the early church and a key, if not the key doctrine of orthodox Christian faith. The book is organized so that it can be used as a teaching textbook, with seven questions at the end of each of the seven chapters. ¿The book contains a robust bibliography for support and further research as well as an index of important, foundational messianic prophecies. The material within this book will provide the Christian with all that he/she needs to "be ready to give an answer", to defend the doctrine of the Deity of Christ with a comprehensive toolbox of reasoning from the Scriptures and historical evidence from the early church, against all cults, heresies and gainsayers.
