Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking for a perfect world, but we cannot carry on using our realities as excuses to do nothing, the more we take a stand against things that are unjust, the more we can learn and improve, that's why I use poetry as a powerful language to externalize my thoughts and raise concerns on matters like: religious fundamentalism, corruption, poverty, genocides, abuse, bullying, you name it. It's not about paying attention to them; it's about identifying what they are and finding effective solutions. I also believe without justice we victims of tyranny can never get peace, everything is linked and connected somehow.
