Ahmed Mohammed is a principal lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria, Nigeria.He holds Bachelor s Degree in Political Science, MPA, MBA and PGDM all from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is currently undergoing his PhD Programme in Public Administration in the same University.
