The growing number of theoretical and empirical studies exploring the determinants of the variation in Foreign Direct Investment highlights the importance of this research area. The author has review a large number of former literature so as to sum up and classify all these possible determinants which are related with Foreign Direct Investment. Since there are several potential determinants could affect the behavior of Foreign Direct Investment in one host country. This paper explores 18 variables which from different aspects and also considers the influence of a country location. In order to figure out more comprehensive results, the data analysis in this book covers 57 countries across the world and spans a period from 1996 to 2013.
