Buddhist wisdom to address race and racism. This book is an extraordinary conversation between Buddhist scholar monk Bhikkhu Anālayo and leading African American teacher of mindfulness and Buddhism, Rhonda Magee. The Buddha rejected caste and all it stood for. Drawing on his insights and actions, the conversation draws out what we can do today to end the suffering of racism, and how to do it with understanding, wisdom, and compassion. A much-needed resource for mindfulness practitioners and engaged Buddhists today.
