The book described four quadrant glocal relationships model, and identified the role players in each quadrant where nations can locate themselves. The book addressed that contemporary Ethiopian federalism has not equally celebrated by each ethnic and become source of power conflict because multicultural practices are disintegrated and seemingly addressed only to respond to ethnic enquires for accommodation.

Teferi Bizuayehu Dorsis (PH.D.) is an assistant professor in leadership and Management education. Dr. Teferi has graduated in Ph.D.from (UNISA) in Curriculum and Didactics in 2015. He earned MA degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Addis Ababa University (AAU) in 2002, MBA degree from Ashland University (USA)¿Leadstar bsc degree in physics.
