The dialectics of glocalization is everywhere and an inescapable world reality. It is becoming one of the major factors that have been affecting every nation. Today's world dispute emanates from the ignorance of considering this dialectics The book addressed how local identities and global imperatives could be integrated in the contemporary world. Critical theory has been employed as the study paradigm. The epistemological view underpinned in this book is "both globalization and multiculturalism are dictating how the world operates". The book described four quadrant glocal relationships model, and identified the role players in each quadrant where nations can locate themselves. The book addressed that contemporary Ethiopian federalism has not equally celebrated by each ethnic and become source of power conflict because multicultural practices are disintegrated and seemingly addressed only to respond to ethnic enquires for accommodation.
