Dilfuza Jumanyazova graduated the course of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2001. Since 2001 he has been working as a lecturer, assistant professor, head of the department of the "Social Sciences" at the National Institute of Fine Art and Design.
