In this thesis you will find an analysis of the digital transformation in small and medium-sized companies, based on a ten-week internship in an SME. It highlights the opportunities linked to the digitalization of companies as well as the constraints it brings. The objective of this work is mainly to show how a new legislation can be used as a source of change and innovation in the working methods. This transition can therefore take place in different sectors, be it in human resources management, in the financial sector or in communication. Nevertheless, a good knowledge of the company's sector and its functioning is necessary. The digital transformation is not only material, it is also the reflection of a state of mind that requires a good involvement of the staff to adopt new working techniques. On the long term, its objective is multiple, on the one hand to improve the working conditions of the employees, but also to provide gains of competitiveness to the SME and to develop the loyalty of a clientele more and more demanding in the digital age.
