The idea was to get a sense of what these workshop attendees wanted to get out of their experience. Where were they at in their life, in their spiritual journey? Randy felt strongly that if he could get them to answer a few key questions that he would have a better understanding of how to guide them through and get the most value out of the weekend workshop.
