Robert M. Diamond is assistant vice chancellor for instructional development at Syracuse University, where he directs the Center for Instructional Development and serves as professor of design, development and evaluation and higher education. Diamond directs the national project 'Institutional Priorities and Faculty Rewards'. Bronwyn E. Adam is assistant project director for the 'Institutional Priorities and Faculty Rewards' project at the Center for Instructional Development at Syracuse University.
