Josiane Kirchner graduated in Executive Secretarial Studies from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She has a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Estácio de Sá University. She did the Disney College Programme exchange in 2014/2015, where she took part in intensive training and experienced the Walt Disney management model.
