Nowadays, the business world has become increasingly competitive, and in order for secretarial professionals to remain in the labour market, they need to adapt. To do this, secretaries can look for successful models, such as Walt Disney, which has a management model centred on service excellence. The aim of this research is therefore to reformulate Disney's management strategies for secretarial professionals.
