Sk Tawfique M Haque is a Professor of Public Policy and Governance and Chair of the Department of Political Science and Sociology of North South University (NSU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is also the Director of the South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance (SIPG) at NSU. He has published 6 books, 12 book chapters, and a good number of scientific research papers. His area of research interest covers geopolitics, migration and refugee crisis, local government, theories of governance, development management, and climate change. Bulbul Siddiqi is an Associate Professor of Anthropology and Sociology at theDepartment of Political Science and Sociology, North South University, Bangladesh. He completed PhD in Anthropology of Religion at Cardiff University in 2014 researching the Tablighi Jamaat in the UK and Bangladesh. He published books and journals from reputed publishers at home and abroad. He is currently researching in several areas of the Rohingya Crisis, Madrasa Education and Social Changes, Violent Extremism Narratives, and Religious Pluralism and Tolerance. Mahmudur Rahman Bhuiyan is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Sociology at North South University, Bangladesh. His research primarily examines the nature and trends of welfare state development in developing nations and the issues of forced displacement and resettlement in developed and developing areas.
