Neurological disorders are diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system. In other words, the brain, spinal cord, cranial nerves, peripheral nerves, nerve roots, autonomic nervous system, neuromuscular junction, and muscles. The crux of diagnostics in neurology has always been focused on "where is the lesion" and "what is the lesion". However, even with the modern advancements, its not always easy to conclude the diagnosis, given the clinical variability of the same disorder in different patients and overlapping manifestations of different disorders confusing the neuro-physicians. With some case discussions, we try to aid the readers acknowledge this diversity and uniqueness of neurological disorders.
