Corinne Wlody is an Artist and acclaimed Lifestyle Transformation Expert who (with her husband Jack) has successfully guided countless people to reach their fitness/lifestyle goals for 22 years. They have helped entire families achieve a happier, healthier way of life. Jack and Corinne are the New York State champs of the 2016 National Bike Challenge. They cycled 23,783.1 miles in 153 straight days! That's roughly 80 miles a day- while still working, volunteering, writing and illustrating this book. Their motto is "You can achieve anything at any age, under any circumstances. All you need is to find your passion, set a goal, formulate a plan, and pursue it relentlessly!" They regularly volunteer/instruct with Bike New York, teaching children and adults how to safely ride a bike. On weekends, they work with autistic children on horseback Through Seaside 4 Therapeutic Riding. They hold special cycling fundraisers for a friend who battles mitochondrial disease. They organize and personally fund Bike path clean-ups in their community, and hold special glove giveaways for needy New Yorkers in the winter. It is their passion to make the world a better place by giving back. They are recipients of the prestigious 2016 Presidents Volunteer Service Award, and also received The 2015 ICA Legacy Award. They are married and live in NYC with Kato. It is their firm belief that "if you want things to change and improve, you've got to be the solution.
