Rosalind C. Blackstock is originally from Tennessee. She graduated from Tennessee State University with a B. S. degree in elementary education and a minor in psychology. She also has an early childhood certification from Trevecca College. She worked as an educator and in administration for over twenty years. Rosalind finished her career out for over five years as a senior customer care specialist for a fortune 500 company making determinations and evaluations on claims.
