Autorenporträt
Liang Huixing is a Professor of Private Law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing, where he also holds a position as an Academician. He has been a delegate (Member of the Presidium) and a member of the Law Committee of the 11th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China since 2008.
