Take the time to STOP. Take the time to REFLECT. Take the time to mindfully INCORPORATE the lessons of The Dream. The characters in Your Dream are a part of us. We would like to invite you to welcome them into 'Your Dreams.' Color the pages, unscramble the mixed-up words, discover the crosswords, do the dot-to-dots... and write about what you are grateful for. Feel free to do some or all of the activities, with or without assistance. Enjoy adding color, interest and intrigue as you make this workbook part of the Adventures in Your Dream experience.

"I meditate to access inner strength and feel more empowered when making decisions from a peaceful place within. The desire to write Adventures in Your Dream: THE DREAM, for children, was to help them cultivate their inner power and nourish it with mindful meditation, which enables them to develop an inner strength to help handle adversity, such as bullying."
