BAYANBE TOUSSALA was born on September 19, 1990 in Bébédjia/Logone Oriental, Chad. He graduated from the Université la Francophonie de N'Djamena with a degree in Sociology of Rural Development in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, he became a Para-Juriste Community Leader in the province of Mayo-Kebbi-Ouest through GRAMP/TC.
