Mike W. Lyles is an international speaker, author, IT professional, and coach. Mike realized his love and passion for leading, guiding, coaching, and mentoring very early in his career. Since 1994, Mike has led and coached hundreds of team members, driving successful programs for multiple organizations. For over two decades, Mike has focused his work on motivating the key contributors to each team, as well as coaching the leads and managers on his team to grow in their careers as well. Mike has shared his experiences with public speaking across five continents and multiple countries. Mike is the author of "The Drive-Thru is Not Always Faster," an inspiring collection of 30 short stories, each with a message to readers of all ages and backgrounds.
