Troubled by a failing marriage, Tino Font, an undercover agent from the Cuban Intelligence Service, vacations with his family in Ronda, Spain, while he plans to leak to the media a material in his possession compromising the controversial president of the United States. A failed attempt from a trained team to stop Tino, disrupts his holiday and mission. He puts his family safe with the help of his mentor who lives an incognito exile in Andalusia. Tino returns to Cuba to walk back on his tracks without endangering his source but determined to find out who knows about the operation he had kept under wraps from his colleagues. Once in Cuba, Tino not only has to deal with the power fights within the new Cuban government after 60 years of Castro's regime but also with the presence of the Russian and US espionage agencies, which coincidentally also travel to Havana to pressure the young administration to hand over the valued material at any cost.
